U-Stor-It Kensington is a ground-up construction project by First Wave Construction that was completed in July 2024. This project is located in central San Diego within the Kensington neighborhood. Our team managed all aspects of the site work and buildout to construct a class A storage facility.

First Wave Construction was able to obtain a temporary certificate of occupancy allowing U-Stor-It to begin its operations without interruption during the construction phase allowing for the operator to lease up the site while facility was being constructed.
