U-Stor-It Winchester is a ground-up self storage building by First Wave Construction. It will consist of 7 free-standing buildings including the management office, storage units and an area for parking. This is a II-B construction project. All buildings will provide drive-up storage units and 4 of the buildings will also provide interior units. In addition, the project site is proposed to provide RV storage parking.
